History

The grapes has been grown in the southern valley. The soil is particularly adapted to pinot noir which gives a very good quality wines with fine aromas

Dark ruby.

Bouquet

Lifted floral aromas, ripe wild blackberries, cherries and spices.

Palate

Medium bodied with good structure. Refined and balanced, this elegant wine shows good intensity and a lengthy finish.

Ragout, Beef filet, veal chop.

Cellaring

6 to 8 years.
